Prairie Home Hospice and Community Care would like to recognize and thank Dennis Klocow for his recent donation to Fieldcrest at Prairie Home Hospice in Cottonwood, MN. Prairie Home has been making slow, but steady improvements to the facility since we took ownership of it this Spring. We are incredibly grateful for this donation from Dennis, all of the other donations that we have received for the facility, and for the Cottonwood Community for being so helpful and welcoming to us throughout these past several months.
