Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care is honored to hold A Light To Remember this weekend!

Each November, Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care hosts a community event called “A Light To Remember”. This event allows community members to gather during the Holiday season to honor the special people in their lives. Anyone interested in supporting or participating in this event can give a donation towards a light on a tree, dedicating this light in honor of their loved ones; passed or present.

This event is truly special to Prairie Home Hospice and each community that we have the event in.  Bringing together community members for a beautiful ceremony filled with companionship, special music, a candlelight vigil, a reading of all of the names being honored on the trees, and light refreshments and socializing.

This event has become a beautiful tradition amongst our local communities during the holiday season, and it is a wonderful way to honor, hope for, and remember your loved ones, while also supporting Prairie Home Hospice, its patients, and their families.

This year, the Annual Light To Remember event will be held at the following dates and times:
Friday, November 19th, 4:30pm in Cottonwood, MN (held at Fieldcrest Assisted Living)
Friday, November 19th, 6:30pm in Marshall, MN (held at Memorial Park)
Saturday, November 20th, 4:30pm in Balaton, MN (held at Lion’s Park)
Saturday, November 20th, 6:30pm in Tracy, MN (held at Veteran’s Memorial Building)
Sunday, November 21st, 4:30pm in Minneota, MN (held at Memorial Park)
