Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care would like to formally invite you to join us at our Celebration of Remembrance.
This service will be held on Sunday, September 11th starting at 4pm at First Lutheran Church.
We will be remembering those who have passed away between the dates of July 1st, 2021 and June 30th, 2022.
The Memorial Service will include special music, readings, and a time for reflection while we individually remember those who received care from Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care during the past year.
We welcome you to invite your friends and family members.
There will be time to greet one another while sharing light refreshments after the service.
