Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care is accepting applications for LPN’s.

Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care is continuing to expand. We are currently accepting applications for 2 part time LPN positions to provide compassionate caring to hospice patients. The first shift will include one weekend overnight shift per month.  This position is available immediately.   The second shift will include one weekend day shift per month.  This position will be begin in September.

  We are committed to serving the community through the delivery of exceptional services and compassionate care, as a trusted leader in home health and hospice services.
