A Light to Remember — 2025

Honoring the memory of loved ones through light, reflection, and community.

Honoring Loved Ones During the Holiday Season

This holiday season, Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care invites you to participate in our Light to Remember ceremonies. This heartwarming event provides an opportunity to remember someone special during the busy holiday season. You can honor your loved ones with a light on the tree at the ceremony, while also supporting the ongoing work of Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care.

Each community’s ceremony will feature musical selections, a candlelight vigil, and the reading of names of those who have been honored with a light on the tree. We encourage you to join us in celebrating and remembering your loved ones, while contributing to the continued care for those in need.
