To expand the continuum of care, we added home health services and began providing home health services to patients in February 2014. Many of the cares and services that are available in a hospital or nursing home are also available in your own home. We provide a variety of home health services ranging from casual assistance with personal cares, meals or light housekeeping to a high level of skilled nursing. We can provide in-home therapy services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, etc.). Whether you just need a little help to remain living independently in your own home, or you need care and support following a serious injury, illness or surgery, we can design a care plan to help you receive the care you need in the comfort of your own home
