Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care is pleased to present its 2021 Annual Report.
2021 has been a year of new beginnings, continued growth, and evolving to meet our communities’ growing needs. We continue to focus on the commitment to our mission to deliver exceptional services and compassionate care, as a trusted leader in home care and hospice services.
As I reflect on 2021, I am overwhelmed with feelings of great humility, gratitude, and pride for those who have played a part in supporting and growing this organization bringing it to where it is today. While continuing to navigate the COVID-19 Pandemic, social unrest, and political uncertainties I have been so proud to work alongside the amazing staff and volunteers of Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care. Their passion and motivation to provide quality services, physical comfort, a sense of emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and peace of mind to our residents in the community is top notch. I am honored to work with such dedicated and compassionate staff, volunteers, and board members.
